Weekly prices include gas, electricity, water, and linen and towel hire with weekly change. Please take your own beach towels. Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £150.00 The villa will be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00am on the last day.
