Prices include linen and towel hire, gas, electricity, water, welcome pack, air-conditioning and local representation. Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £200.00 The villa will be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
