Villa Los Pinos is conveniently located in a residential area within walking distance of the beach and village of Moraira. The property is on two levels with the ground level having a twin bedroom with its own entrance, air-conditioning, satellite television with video player and large en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms, one with air-conditioning, that share a full bathroom. There is a kitchen/dining room with a hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The spacious lounge has air-conditioning, a music centre for radio, cassettes and CD's, a digital satellite television system that receives BBC and ITV channels and a video player. The lounge opens onto a covered naya and open terrace that is secure for small children. Outside is a barbecue terrace, Jacuzzi and kidney shaped 9m x 4m private swimming pool. Here also is a lovely arbour providing a shady resting place that can also be closed off as a safe area for small children if required. ** Extra week added ~ 24th May to 31st May £600.00 !! Prices include linen and towel hire, gas, electricity, water, welcome pack, air-conditioning and local representation. Deposit 20%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday with a refundable inventory deposit of £150.00 The villa will be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:30am on the last day.
