Casa Maria Amelia is a spacious 3 bedroom villa ideally located in the village of Alfaz del Pi on the Spanish Costa Blanca near to Altea and Benidorm.

The accommodation is comfortably furnished and there is a large lounge, separate dining room, separate kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower and toilet), and a separate bathroom.

There is a Sky satellite television system with free to air channel, a DVD player, music centre with CD player, cassette player and radio. For additional television channels you can take your own Sky card or it may be possible to hire one locally.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, frig/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
and fans are provided.

There is an extensive barbecue area with table and chairs and a large garden with orange grove, an ornamental fishpond and a 'secret garden' area providing various opportunities to sit in the sun or shade. There is a separate enclosed area with washing line.

The private 9m x 4m private swimming pool has an automatic cleaning system and is surrounded by the terrace that has sun loungers and table and chairs. Near the pool is a solar heated shower.

Maria Amelia is located in a quiet residential area of Alfas del Pi yet is just half a mile from the Forum Mare Nostrum social centre that is open to the public and has a bar and cafe, restaurant, pool, darts, beauty centre, heated swimming pool and gymnasium. A further half mile is the town of Alfas del Pi with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There is a large market here every Friday where you can buy a wide range of fruit, vegetables, clothes, toys and souvenirs.

The nearest beach is at Albir, a lively and attractive seaside area with many pavement cafes and restaurants that is just three and a half miles from the villa. The sandy Levante beach at Benidorm is four miles and there is a regular bus service that travels a circular route between

Alfas del Pi, Benidorm and Altea. Local taxis are readily available and the railway station is just a mile and a quarter with the trains running between Alicante and Denia.

Just before the Levante beach you will find the water park 'Aqualandia', sea world 'Mundomar' and the 'Benidorm Palace' that put on some excellent shows with dinner. Also in the area you will find the Disney style theme park 'Terra Mitica', Terra Natura safari park and the Medieval Castle where you can have dinner and watch the knights fighting on foot and horseback.
